Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group

You Are Not Alone.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia can be challenging. Join others who understand your journey and find encouragement, education, and support in a safe and confidential environment.

The group is hosted at Hearthstone Retirement Home in partnership with Journey Hospice, and is open to any caregiver in the community — you do not need to have a loved one living at Hearthstone to attend.

What We Offer

• Emotional support from fellow caregivers
• Practical caregiving tips and resources
• Education about Alzheimer’s and dementia

When We Meet

The third Thursday of every month at 10:00 am, beginning Thursday, September 17th.
Donuts and coffee will be served.

Parking is available at Calvary Assembly of God, next door to Hearthstone. If walking is difficult, you are welcome to park at Hearthstone and come in through the side door.
